configurable browser #5

I would like to be able to open my zettels using a different web browser other can google chrome.

This should be a configuration within the ~/.zettelkasten config file. example would be: ZETTELKASTEN_DEFAULT_WEB_BROWSER=Google Chrome|Safari|Firefox|etc
