commit "Removed KDE packages" removed ECM but this made MAN_INSTALL_DIR and LOCALE_INSTALL_DIR being empty as they are defined in kde-modules/KDEInstallDirs.cmake. Now to install man and locale files into correct paths one needs to set not only CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX but both these variables also.
