Issue goal: Create foliage assets (procedurally placed assets which may/may not have collision) and place them appropriately throughout the land.

Foliage asset creation

Grass 🌿

[x] Short plains grass
[x] Dense plains grass
[x] Near short grass
[x] Near short grass (no flowers)

Coral 🪸

[x] Spindly coral
[x] Mushroom coral

Greens 🥀

[x] Shrubbery
[x] Delphinium

Trees 🌳

[x] Stump
[x] Log
[x] Dead tree
[x] Dead branch(?)

Rocks 💎

[x] Submerged pile of rocks that merge with landscape (can be placed as static mesh or as foliage)

Cliffs (these merge into the landscape material) 🗻

[x] Sand vegetated cliff
[x] Rocky cliff
[x] Update cape materials

[x] puddles
