RRF nozzle crashes into bed #38

Describe the bug RRF does not appropriately apply tool offset on tool changers for reasons I do not understand.

When run, printer dives into print bed. Running RRF on mellow Fly Super8. Prints exported directly from superslicer work correctly, see above for example.

After a bunch of work trial and error, it looks like the Z feedrate is too high and causes my printer to skip steps. Would recommend a dedicated field to address z speed. This appears to be a known issue with Jubilees.
