Extrusion Multiplier Page is outdated? #91

There is no "Top Infill Pattern" setting in PrusaSlicer 2.6.0. I assume it's the one called "Top Fill Pattern" now.

Also no "Monotic (Filled)" option available in the dropdown, only "Monotonic" and "Monotonic Lines". Which one is correct?

I'll add to this (rather than creating a new issue, as it's related) that "Monotonic Lines" seems to be a close equivalent of the "not connected" SuperSlicer option recommended in this guide.
