Questions about first layer temperatures w/r/t LA? #95

Hi! I wasn't able to find a comment section on your website, so I hope this isn't the wrong place to ask but am happy to move this question elsewhere if needed. I mainly just had questions about temperatures and Linear Advance. I'm a bit new to printing and in PrusaSlicer's defaults for Prusament PETG, the temperatures are 240°C for the first layer and 250°C for subsequent layers, and 85°C/90°C for the bed with fan going from 0-30% going from layers 3-5. I noticed however that your linear advance tool only lets one specify a single temperature to use for the whole test.

Of course - I can just go and add the appropriate G-codes in the right spots myself on the generated LA g-code, which I already did successfully. But I was moreso curious whether leaving out first layer temperatures out of the tool was intentional? E.g., would changing the temperature after the first layer of the LA calibration potentially mess with the results, hence the omission? And if it does mess with the results, then should I assume I should run the whole calibration on the post-first layer temperatures or the first layer temperatures? Or maybe even calibrate LA for both temperatures individually?
