black screen while taking the screenshot #17

Hi

Im using you app (thanks!) to take screenshots of a direct frame render app (like raspivid) and sometimes the screen goes to black when i take the snapshot. When this happens one time i can not make it work again (without going black)

Did you know what can cause this behavior "black screen while taking the screenshot"?

I have found similar issue. Did you find a solution?

I don't know sorry. This program is very simple, it uses functionality of the GPU to take the snapshot. I suspect that the screen turning black would be due to some resource being exhausted. It might be worth asking the question on the Raspberry Pi forum as the firmware developer (user name 6by9) hangs out there.
