No. Due to the limitations imposed by Photoshop's action based automation system, it not currently possible to implement an actions file that can warp imagery bidirectionally (back and forth) between an Equirectangular and Cubic image format.

This image transformation requires a compiled plugin to be created which is outside of the design scope of the Domemaster Photoshop Actions Pack.

I'd suggest you look at the Flexify 2 plugin if you are looking for this type of feature set inside of Photoshop.

If you are simply trying to patch a tripod zone in a panoramic image you can use the tips from the Panoramic Photo Retouching in Photoshop blog post.
