I wanted to share with you that I have created some functions and compiled them into a package, {nichetools}, centred on a vignette that allows the user to extract objects created by {SIBER} into data.frames to allow the user to make richer plots, export out the data, or use the data in new ways. Thought you might be interested in seeing the work and possible providing a link to the package on {SIBER}'s README. Thanks again along with the rest of the team that worked on putting together {SIBER} together over 10 yrs ago and publishing how it works, as it's a great package for working with stable isotope data.
