I'm running some models, (5 chains of 1,000,000 iterations, 500,000 burn-in, 500 thin) and the output of SEA.B is be 10,000 (iterations/thinchains) rows, instead of the expected 5,000 ((iterations-burn-in)/thinchains). Is there any way to check if the burn-in is actually running in SIBER, or if I'm just missing something here? I've only changed the parms from manual values, and swapped the basic data for my own. Thanks!
