Option to hide "File View Options Help" and to hide the task from appearing in Windows Taskbar, while still open. #335

I'd love to be able to hide that "File View Options Help", and make them 
re-appear by pressing Alt or F8.

I'd also love to see an option of sorts, which makes the application not appear 
in the Windows Taskbar, and instead just sits comfortably in the tray bar.

The option to remove it from the task bar is in options -> 'minimize to tray' 
to have it sit in the system tray on minimize and 'minimize on close' to do the 
same when hitting the X to close.
