Connect-TdService caching information #22

Connect-TdService should be expanded so that it can actually give us a better experience.

Store Operators, OperatorGroups, Categories, Subcategories in the config system so they are accessible via tab completion. Ideally I will be doing this as a background task, but if it isn't too much I may just make Connect-TdService take a bit longer by default

not gonna do it. If the module becomes more popular I'll revisit this, but it doesn't seem necessary
