Auto-Increment Build Number

Commits to Master Auto-Publish to the PSGallery

I want to begin using psake and the BuildHelpers Module

I also need to update the path that the markdown docs are generated in.

Our build process now automatically deploys the updated version to the gallery on all commits to master. Our build script now targets a psake file. Our vs code tasks also utilize the psake file so we can build locally
