Logging page in control center is not responsive when there are many logs #104

Describe the bug When there are many thousands of logs, the logs page does not load. Also, the Control Center participants page is very slow.
Need to refactor the following pages to handle large amounts of data:
Expected behavior Logs will be shown in a reasonable time.
