- We are using the built-in "benchmark" rules to record run time and CPU usage of each rule (among other stats)
- The plot generated automatically by Snakemake do not work (known issue since 2020), so Evgeniya is making a separate rule or function to display those in the report properly.
To do
- [ ] Add table with segmentations
- [ ] Include plot with time information

Produce a report out of snakemake. I'm not a big fan of these, since the UI is pretty bad, but they can at least provide some information.
The output of #41 can be put in this, and maybe the segmentation table (I don't remember if the reports were good with data tables). More importantly, we should be able to see timing information for tasks as well.
