We can try to get it running to extract the "main" motion or use it for visualization outside of blender: http://prody.csb.pitt.edu/nmwiz/

If we can get it running.

• [x] Get xtc from trr file (1fuu) -> mdconvert package
• [x] Get it running on VSC
• [x] Get nmd file for visualization
• [ ] Render video / screen record / blender rendering ?
• [ ] Write README with steps to execute this
