I have this script running nightly, and I lose my preferred theme, settings, etc in Timeline Explorer and that's really annoying to have to fix every day!

I think this is more a thing I need to modify with Get-ZimmermanTools.ps1, not this script. This is not a problem for this script to solve, as it doesn't deal with GUI tools at all. But, I'm glad I wrote it down somewhere so I don't lose the idea :) Closing this issue.
