Android Auto startup issue #65

Firstly, thank you so much for getting AA going!!!

After waiting and waiting (and still waiting) for it to show up in the app list (and getting worried) it finally showed up and I touched it to open aaaaaaand it's just a black screen (with AA controls still available). Check the app on the phone and it just displays sort of the app icon (but larger). (FWIW - When connected via AA, Waze does a thing where it displays a 'use waze on your car display' or such on the phone and you can only use the car interface.)

I mull this all over and then figure a test - start it on the phone and then open the app on the car. Bingo! I first tried actually playing something on the phone and then it carried over to the car seamlessly. I dialed the test back and opened the app just to the main (years) screen and that works great too!

We! Are! In! Business!

And you can use it on the phone too while the car interface is going. I haven't figured out all the particulars of using both at once but it seems fine enough and it's not even a medium priority to even do so, of course.

Well, that's funny, the pics did attach but the two in the middle go together and the top and bottom ones go together.
