Work through the "not quite supported" item list in readme.md #17

Most of the items in the list are already displayed, but some of them won't be marked as "unobtainable" since their obtain prerequisites are custom. Some items are already working properly, and some cannot be supported due to complexity, such as Anguish. Review the items one by one to see if their obtainability display can be supported and deal with each appropriately.
