Show items as obtainable if character already has the material for them in the inventory #6

Currently if you have the material but not the item that is crafted from it, the program will show you the item at a loot group where the material drops. It may be better to create a separate aggregate loot group for all the items that we already have materials for and display those items there, and not at their original locations

Additionally for Familiar (Huntress' Dream), Supercharger and Invader (Root Walker's Dream), Crescent Moon (Nimue's Dream) and Anguish (Dran's Dream) detect if the dream item is in the inventory, and show item as available.
