Readability #12

The readability of this code is quite hard, I would suggest migrating to classes for some objects where it makes sense to improve readability and code management.

I have no issues with being assigned this task

I've had the pleasure of meeting Andrew at ICCR in Montreal this week. And as I have discussed with him I have been putting a lot of work into refactoring this code. Stay tuned, I will make it available within the next week or so.
