Refactor: `Button`, `Link` and `IconButton` #121

Changelog:

[x] Merge IconButton into Button, applying by the icon: boolean prop
[ ] Switch any occurence of <IconButton> to <Button icon>
[x] Add comments for @ui/Button
[x] Add index.ts for @ui/Button module
- The module will export Buttons only
- To use Links, import from @ui/Button/Link
[x] Add route-matching on MenuLink so nothing happens and the menu stays opened when the user is already on the page.
