How about using weblate for translations?
It's a very small percentage I suppose but my girlfriend is native in Romanian. She said she would be willing to help translate. I know we are supposed to edit the JSON file, but we are new to github. Should we download and edit it?
Yes that would work. Thanks!

How to help
Since we can't speak most of these languages, we will need your help to make FastStream accessible to the international community. Any help is much appreciated.
Option 1: Find and report mistranslated text here
Please leave a comment here, or make a new issue, with a list of mistranslated texts and their correct translations. We will then fix it ASAP.
Option 2: Create a pull request with translations
Default strings (in English) are located at
chrome/_locales/en/messages.json
. Translated JSON files should follow the same format.$1
,$2
, etc... are placeholders for data.Alternatively, you can edit
combined-locales.json
if you want to see translations for all languages at the same time. Runnpm run split-locales
afterwards to update the messages in_locales
.
