This PR duplicates #52, #58.

It looks like the author doesn't want to support this library anymore. I'm thinking about personal fork of this library, as I heavily use it for AOP, but I need support for variadics and 5.6

I use this libs in ApiGen for historical reasons at the moment. Just covering reflections in tests so I could migrate easily to https://github.com/nikic/PHP-Parser/

I think you might like it. It has variadic support since March 2014 https://github.com/nikic/PHP-Parser/commit/96f1151ab2e5274a00e4c6aaa712cbed0690f8eb

Also I consider nikic reliable developer.
