artifacts not scanned

Current Behavior

hi! I recently downloaded Inventory Kamera and when I was trying to scan, it showed something like this: "Unable to locate weapon count.

Unable to locate artifact count." It doesn't scan artifacts at all, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help me!

Please provide more information, like the error log or screenshots generated by the app if you are still experiencing this issue. Images generated by the application can be found in the logging folder or by clicking the blue "Error Log" text in the main application.

I had the same problem with weapons. Unable to locate weapon count. This is what I did and worked for me. 1) In inventory kamera, select only weapons (at scan items) 2) Go to genshin impact and go to the weapon section 3) Go to inventory kamera and press start Hope it works for you. (Try the same for artifacts)
