Skips Artifact substats

Current Behavior

It scans the artifact. reads its mainstat, but doesnt get any of the artifacts substats

Expected Behavior

The scanner continues to scan

Reproducing a Behavior

Just run a scan, and half of the artifacts have 0 substats.
