I have catalogued most train mods (although DlxTrains is missing) over at the AdvTrains Wiki Train Catalogue.

Just looking at my copy of Noah's Railyard (mod sources are listed in the spoiler there) you seem to be missing:

Added all mods which you listed and also made some fixes with the eye offsets when a player is sitting inside the trains. So, closing.
