A good idea it's plan NuGet integration.

There it is http://nuget.org/packages/Knockout.MVC But unfortunately it's not searchable through nuget search.

Guys, could you please enable it?

It is old NuGet-package. New NuGet package will be available coming soon.

Now you can download and install lastest version from NuGet: kMVC
