handle dictionary attribute inbound for tag builder

Small modification to ApplyAttributes so it handles attributes incoming as RouteValueDictionary (HtmlHelper.AnonymousObjectToHtmlAttributes)

Please ignore change to KnockoutMvcDemo/Descriptions/SimpleList.html, not sure why this is changing,
