Fix Compatibility with RouteRandom #5

Pull request to fix the problems mentioned in issue #4

Adds two new config options, one line of debug output, and updates two lines of a stringbuilder.

Hey, thanks for the report!

I agree that this incompatibility needs to be resolved, but I don't think that's the way to do it - options to hide the information are (in my opinion) outside the scope of this mod, but I'll try to have a solution for that ready today 😄

Hey, as I've mentioned before - this functionality is outside the scope of WeatherRegistry - I've made a separate mod with the functionality that you've proposed: https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/mrov/HideCurrentPlanetInfo/
