Fix failing GHA workflows #115

Some updates were made to fix failing GitHub Actions workflows (especially pkgdown workflow).

@AndriSignorell, is there a chance to have the current version of DescTools on CRAN soon? It either would be nice to have it on CRAN a.s.a.p. or to know that it will not appear there until 2 of June (it's related to exams of my students).

The current version is on its way to CRAN and will be available within a few days…
