Rename `clashlib` to `coctuslib` #84

Describe the bug The library name is outdated.

Not really a bug as the name doesn't affect behavior. I don't think calling it clashlib is necessarily a problem but I would welcome a pull request that renames it to coctuslib before the 1.0 release.
