Only spoofs to 3 decimal places #118

Latitude, longitude will only store to 3 after decimal places in the favorites list. Then the sent coordinates will show slightly differently in the lsposed log file. Slight inaccuracy in the spoofed app. Need to figure out how to push more precise coordinates.
