Installation problems #1

I cannot install the application on the emulator or real device. On my emulator (running android 12), it says: Error running 'app' The application could not be installed: INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED Installation failed due to: 'Error code: 'INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED', message='INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED: Failed parse during installPackageLI: /data/app/vmdl1661073074.tmp/base.apk (at Binary XML file line #221): com.onesignal.GcmBroadcastReceiver: Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that an explicit value for android:exported be defined when intent filters are present'' List of apks: [0] 'D:\PIP-Photo-Collage-Maker-With-Photo-Editor-main\PIP-Photo-Collage-Maker-With-Photo-Editor-main\app\build\outputs\apk\debug\app-debug.apk' And on my real device, it says: Error running 'app' The application could not be installed: INSTALL_FAILED_USER_RESTRICTED Installation via USB is disabled. List of apks: [0] 'D:\PIP-Photo-Collage-Maker-With-Photo-Editor-main\PIP-Photo-Collage-Maker-With-Photo-Editor-main\app\build\outputs\apk\debug\app-debug.apk' Whereas I still install other applications on my real device (Xiaomi redmi note 9S - Android 12).

Are there any solutions to this problem? I would appreciate any support that you give me.
