Robot configs #47

store the individual robot configs in github in case someone accidentally deletes one from a robot (too late).

This branch had some merge conflicts that I just resolved. Before we put this on master we should test it on the robot to ensure that the merge is clean.

@SPD3 You introduced errors into this code. You need to run a build as well after a merge to make sure.
