Docker installation and run support.

Docker requires namespaces for more detail see moby/moby#40121

@rajibhasan11 While you're using Andronix, you are using the Android kernel and not the pure Linux kernel so Docker is not supported because Docker requires namespaces to be compiled in the kernel.
