Add ffmpeg-static to list of packages, to not require from users to install ffmpeg on their own ;) And by the way update slash-create to latest version

This is not actually suitable because ffmpeg-static doesn't even play music on some systems so FFmpeg MUST be installed on the host system manually by the user. ffmpeg-static only works on some windows-based systems.
