What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Usual chat window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I case of activating the window, tray icon should stop blinking.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 11.4

Подтверждаю. У меня тоже иконка мерцает, 
пока я полностью не отключу агент. Причем 
это может быть сообщение в диалоге или 
письмо, мерцает то, что пришло последним.

OpenSUSE 12.1
установлен пакет из пакеты для Мандривы 0.4.2 
работала нормально, 0.4.6 появилась эта же 
ошибка
