Could all skill levels be added

@HAHARIDDEK You can actually see all the skill levels if you uncheck the "Show only max skills:" checkbox under the Menu section.

This does bring up a separate bug though: if you have "show only max skills" checked, you'll see both Death Blow 3 and Death Blow 4...
