chore: 如果md file和parent dir是同样的名字，在url path中去掉dir名 #1308

https://cook.aiurs.co/ 中有一些菜谱附带有对应的图片，图片和md file放在菜谱directory下面，生成的文档url也会带有重复菜名，例如

https://cook.aiurs.co/dishes/vegetable_dish/白灼菜心/白灼菜心/

我们是不是可以通过一个custom hook来把url变成 https://cook.aiurs.co/dishes/vegetable_dish/白灼菜心/, see example

需求挺合理的，但是这个实现有点儿太 hack 了。希望有 mkdocs 的插件可以解决好这个。
