Fix heated chamber error #8

This fixes issues #6 and #7 by only setting temperature for devices with an active target.

hello @CoryCharlton,

as @Andy-ch doesnt seem to react and integrate it. Can you tell us, what we others can do meanwhile to integrate this? Maybe we can simply edit a file via nano to get rid of this error.

@CoryCharlton @Phil1988 sorry, I didn't get any emails about this pull request, only about the comment (should be fixed) Could you folks confirm the changes work correctly? I don't have a printer available at the moment
