Remove useless NetlifyCMS config #90

Hi Andy,

I've found a small bug in the NetlifyCMS configuration file. According to NetlifyCMS documentation: "'create': for folder collections only;".

The "create" option on the "Pages" collection (which is a 'file' collection') is unused and can be removed.
