Nothing in the introduction, should explain the program could be anyone, no matter age or job.

Team's Response

We agree that we did not specifiy the target user, however we think that it is only a Low as it will not affect the normal operations of the product and cause a minor inconvenience only. The sample UG given, AddressBook level 3 also specifies the target user to a similar extent.
