Change current hacked border to more general mechanism #37

Finish implementing rbrwBorder so it allows specification of different border 
types and the renderer 
takes note. Work out a way to have auto-style like Word (just subclass of 
border and shader?).

This should yield the same appearance as on the current Financial Statements 
example without the 
hacking behind the scenes that does to decide what to render.
