rbKarel Initial speed doesn't match slider - is way too fast #14

If you adjust the slider to a different position and back to the initial point, 
the robot runs at a 
reasonable pace. If you don't touch the slider it races through with no 
apparent delays.

Fixed in r45 now grabs speed from slider before starting to run
