rbKarel Unify terms #27

Sounds trivial but the GUI labels are a bit inconsistent.

Do we use "World" or "Map"?

What are programs called? I've used the term "Scripts" because in the longer 
term people might be 
using rbKarel inside pure REALbasic programs.

I think World would be best and yes I agree Scripts for the Karel programs
