rbKarel needs Stop button #32

Based on 1 week's experience, people writing conditional loops get stuck in 
them so need a way to 
interrupt.

Things I have tried that failed.
1) simply calling Script.Reset
2) generating an exception in the logger invoked at each KarelScripter action - 
the exception is not caught 
despite their being an exception handler in the thread that runs the script.

Fixed in r54 and also made ErrorShutdown successfully stop a run.
