Add warning to user if there linking is set incorrectly #39

This looks like it may be a good chance to implement a shared "state" or "object model" between the parser and the Fusion handler. This will let messages from the parser be queued in the "state" that can then be displayed to the user through fusion pop ups.

This has been resolved in the standalone version. A more thorough update will be required to add the shared state for the Fusion plugin
