Put some variables in main #7

Some variables that are needed in the algorithm should be in main and passed as parameters to functions. Some are:

[x] NumofClusters (set in main not in function)
[ ] bus_im on PreparePhotoData [getSamplePhotoRest vs getPhotoRest (if working on sample or on whole dataset)]
[x] sample size of getSamplePhotoRest
[x] csv_file of getRestPhoto (maybe train maybe test)
