May 2022 3.0.1.1 ConfigureDefender.exe SmartScreen Issue #21

Windows 10 ver 21H2

The lastest version of ConfigureDefender.exe 3.0.1.1 May 2022 will not run due to Smart Screen saying unknown publisher: see attached screenshot.

I am currently running the previous version of ConfugureDefender.exe. 3.0.1.0 I have not had this issue before.

I checked. No problem with SmartScreen. Your download was probably corrupted. Could you download it again from GitHub and execute?

It worked this time. Used download link nstead of right clicking on the file and clicking on save link as in context menu.
